Now a "unregistered" racer is added and you can assign to a registered racer. It allows to assign the entry to a running racer registered with a wrong transponder number. Some clubs use lapcounters with buggy/fake detections and make it unmanegable. The soluction should be to repair/implement the detector system properly but the feature gives a plus/workaround. **Option added** 2018-10-28 - Implemented, awaiting QA feedback
