If it's possible to control semaphore from the same com port of the lapcounter.
Currently I've made a lapcounter system using RF connection between computer and bridge sensors in the track (compatible with robitronics transponders). but the dongle on the PC use only one com port, so I can't send semaphore codes using it.
It's there any way that StartLights share the same port

Rejected reason: Lacounter and starlights/scoreboard protocols are implemented on different message processing layers. Every lapcounter uses its software decoder library.

Sharing the comm port its possible but it means a lot of work, starting by creating a high level layer to route messages depending on the soure (lapcounter/startlights/scoreboard) device.
